Convening leadership teams accelerates alignment, trust and performance.

 

I derive great pleasure from designing events for leadership teams and facilitating those experiences. My aim is to create the conditions for teams to have a series of conversations that they normally don’t have, and if they did have, would improve their trust, alignment and effectiveness. These events tend to integrate individual development with team development so that everyone leaves feeling more capable, more self-aware and more accountable to the needs of the team. I’m not someone who leans towards “hokey exercises” but rather I use various feedback tools, assessments and well-constructed questions to shift the dynamics of a team.

Being able to create exceptional relationships is the cornerstone of effective leadership. These soft skills can be developed; what it takes is a commitment to learn about ourselves and about the other. And when we do, we are much more effective, and our teams are not only more productive but much more engaged.
